Compliance Policy
At Technget, we respect the privacy of our customers and are committed to protecting the information provided to us through our website, quotation requests, purchase inquiries, and other communications. We collect and use customer information only where necessary to process inquiries, provide quotations, arrange sourcing and delivery, communicate regarding orders, and comply with applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
When you contact Technget or place an order, we may collect information such as your name, organization/company name, contact number, email address, delivery address, billing information, product requirements, and other information necessary to process your inquiry or order. We do not intentionally collect information that is unnecessary for providing our services.
Customer information may be used to communicate with you, prepare quotations, process orders, arrange shipment and delivery, verify customer or organizational details where required, and maintain appropriate business records.

Drone & Unmanned Aircraft Products
Certain drone, UAV, UAS, flight-control, navigation, communication, and related products may be subject to additional regulatory, aviation, security, import, registration, or operational requirements in Pakistan.
Technget may request additional information or supporting documentation before accepting or processing an order for such products. Depending on the product and its intended use, customers may be required to provide appropriate government authorization, registration, NOC, permit, license, institutional documentation, or other legally required approval.
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that any drone or unmanned aircraft purchased from Technget is legally imported, possessed, registered, operated, and used in accordance with applicable laws and regulations in Pakistan. Pakistan’s Civil Aviation Act provides for registration requirements for specified categories of unmanned aircraft.
Technget does not authorize, support, or facilitate the unlawful operation or use of drones or unmanned aircraft.
Walkie-Talkie & Radio Communication Products
Walkie-talkies, two-way radios, radio communication equipment, and certain related components may be subject to telecommunications, spectrum, type-approval, licensing, import, or other regulatory requirements in Pakistan.
For applicable products, Technget may require customers to provide valid organizational documentation, relevant license, NOC, type-approval documentation, or other authorization required by the competent authority before completing a sale or import order.
Pakistan’s Trade Information Portal identifies walkie-talkie sets under equipment subject to PTA type-approval requirements, while the Wireless Telegraphy Act and telecommunications framework regulate relevant wireless equipment and activities.
Where required by law or by the nature of the product, Technget reserves the right to refuse, hold, or cancel an order if the required documentation or authorization cannot be verified.
Government & Authorized Organizations
For regulated drone, UAV, radio communication, and similar products, Technget may prioritize or restrict sales to government departments, law-enforcement organizations, defense-related entities, licensed businesses, educational or research institutions, or other organizations that can provide valid authorization for the intended use.
Where a customer is purchasing a regulated product on behalf of an organization, the customer may be required to provide official organization details and documentary evidence confirming that the purchase and intended use are authorized.
Providing false, misleading, incomplete, or unauthorized documentation may result in cancellation of the order.
